Job summary

Talent Analytica is seeking an experienced power plant professional to oversee shift operations, ensuring safe and smooth plant performance at the Dahej facility. The role requires expertise in CFBC boilers and experience with co-generation plants, with strong coordination across maintenance, production and safety teams.

The candidate will lead daily shift activities, compile shift reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within a high-pressure plant environment.

Qualifications

• BOE certification required and 5–9 years of experience in power plants with CFBC boilers.
• Experience in Co-Generation Plant is essential.
• Strong coordination with Maintenance, Production and Safety teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Shift Operations of Power Plant (Boiler/Turbine/CHP/DCS).
• Ensure smooth and safe plant operation.
• Coordinate with Maintenance/Production/Safety functions.
• Prepare and submit Shift Reports.
• Lead continuous improvement projects.
