Job summary

NTT DATA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS in Bengaluru, Karnataka, is seeking a Senior Consultant for Kinaxis Demand/Supply Planning to lead end-to-end deployments. You will configure, test, and support Kinaxis solutions, translating business requirements into effective planning processes and analytics.

The role requires hands-on Kinaxis RapidResponse and Maestro AI experience, strong SQL/Python skills, and the ability to work with stakeholders across IT and business units in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Kinaxis RapidResponse and Maestro AI expertise.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes: supply planning, inventory management, demand planning, and SOP.
• Experience with end-to-end Kinaxis implementations preferred.
• Proficient in SQL, Python or similar scripting for data transformations.
• Experience with APIs and cloud-based analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
• Consulting or client-facing experience in CPG, Retail, Pharma, or Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end Kinaxis implementations, including solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and Kinaxis experts to ensure successful project execution.
• Translating business requirements into functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and solution design artifacts
• Configure key Kinaxis modules, including worksheets, dashboards, alerts, and scenario-planning models.
• Define and implement data integration strategies between Kinaxis and enterprise systems like SAP, Oracle, or other ERPs.
• Conduct user training, coordinate with change management team, and post-go-live support team to drive adoption.

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Kinaxis Supply Planning or Demand Planning Senior Consultant to join our growing supply chain solutions team. As a senior consultant, you will be responsible for configuring, testing, and supporting Kinaxis solution for clients across industries. Youll work closely with business stakeholders and managers to deliver value through intelligent supply chain planning.

• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or similar scripting languages for data transformations.
• Ability to work with large datasets, APIs, and cloud-based analytics tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on business value realization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
• Consulting or client-facing experience in industries like CPG, Retail, Pharma, or Manufacturing.
