Job Title - Sr. Executive Accounting & Tax
Required Qualifications, Experience CA/CS/CWA Technical skills & Competencies / Language Must have hand on Articleship / internship experience with CA/CS practicing firm around 2 years.
Support compliance under the Companies Act 2013, including statutory records, ROC filings and corporate documentation.
Manage applicable RBI & FEMA reporting and compliance requirements, including FLA, ECB and foreign exchange-related filings.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of statutory returns and regulatory reports.
Monitor MSME payment requirements and support related statutory filings and documentation.
Maintain compliance calendars, track deadlines and ensure timely closure of compliance activities.
Monitor changes in applicable laws and regulations and assess their impact on the company.
Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, consultants, banks and regulatory authorities for timely compliance.
Support internal audits, statutory audits and tax assessments, including preparation of schedules, data, reconciliations and responses to queries.
