Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy, a leading industrial products manufacturing company, is seeking an Assistant Manager / Executive in Accounts & Finance in Gurugram. The role requires 7-12 years of experience and offers 7-11 LPA per annum. The candidate will handle cash flow planning, payments, reconciliations, and debtor/creditor management.

Location: Gurugram/New Delhi area. You will contribute to monthly closings, financial reporting, and oversight of capital budgeting and ICD-related payments.

Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience in accounts & finance.
• Experience in cash flow management and bank reconciliations.
• Exposure to capital budgeting and payments.
• Experience in debtors and creditors management.
• Experience in monthly closing and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts and monitor daily fund positions.
• Process payments and account for all bank payments.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations.
• Reconcile capital budget vs actual payments and ICD.
• Monitor debtors and manage payables.
