Job summary

CMR Group is seeking a skilled Executive/Sr. Executive/AM in Business Excellence to drive process improvements across departments. The role demands 3+ years in Business Excellence or industrial engineering, with Lean Six Sigma and data-analytical capabilities to support energy, safety and maintenance audits.

Reporting to the Area Head – Business Excellence, you’ll coordinate audits, analyze gaps, and implement best practices while ensuring timely project feasibility and scaling.

Qualifications

• Essential: 3+ years in Business Excellence or Industrial/Process Engineering.
• Desirable: Lean Six Sigma, 7 QC tools, CAPA, RCA.
• Degree: B.Tech or M.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Metallurgy/Industrial Eng.
• Age: 25–30 years.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze areas of improvement for feasibility and scale of projects.
• Coordinate with department heads for audits in energy, maintenance and safety; report findings and improvements.
• Identify process improvement opportunities from audits, kaizens, ERP/EHS; propose best practices across functions.

Job Profile:

Review and analyze identified areas of improvement for preparing recommendations on feasibility and scale of the project.

Coordinate with department heads for conducting audits in energy consumption / maintenance / safety standards, report findings and consequently scope of improvements.

Identify process improvement opportunities out of suggestions received from audit findings, Quality observations / audits, kaizens, process improvement teams, user departments, ERP, EHS teams, etc. Propose and evaluate feasibility of implementing best practices in functions in line with changing external environment
