Job summary

Cyient DLM in India is seeking a seasoned NPI Program Lead to own the end-to-end NPI process from kick-off to series production. You will prepare and release NPI build plans, timelines and milestones, and coordinate proto, pilot, and pre-production builds.

Hands-on with product drawings, schematics and BOMs, you will ensure readiness of materials, tooling, programs, fixtures and documentation, guiding transition from development to mass production with PFMEA, control plans and PPAP/APQP.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 yrs of experience
• Hands-on exposure to Prototype, pilot, and ramp-up builds. Transition from development to mass production
• Understanding of Product drawings, schematics, BOMs
• Manufacturing processes (SMT, PCBA, mechanical assembly, testing, packaging)
• Strong knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow FAI / PPAP / APQP
