Job summary

CYIENT DLM Ltd in Mysuru, Karnataka, is seeking an experienced NPI leader to own the end-to-end NPI process from kick-off to series production. You will drive the NPI build plan, timelines, and milestones, coordinating proto, pilot, and pre-production builds to ensure smooth transitions.

The role requires 8–10 years of hands-on experience across SMT, PCBA, mechanical assembly, and related manufacturing processes, with strong knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plan, and APQP/PPAP.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of experience in NPI and ramping to mass production.
• Hands-on experience with prototype, pilot and ramp-up builds.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (SMT, PCBA, mechanical assembly, testing, packaging).
• Knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plan and APQP/PPAP processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end NPI process from kick-off to series production.
• Prepare and release NPI build plan, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate proto, pilot, and pre-production builds to ensure readiness.
