Pioneer Management Consultants is seeking a candidate with rubber manufacturing experience to oversee maintenance of rubber processing lines and associated equipment. The role requires hands-on knowledge of kneaders, mixing mills, rubber injection/compression moulding machines, and plastic injection molding equipment.

Maintain plant reliability through preventive and predictive maintenance, coordinate with HOD, and perform routine shop-floor inspections to safeguard equipment and utilities

Qualifications

• Experience in rubber manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of kneader, mixing mill, rubber injection/compression moulding machines and plastic injection molding machines.
• Good knowledge in mechanical maintenance and improvements.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with HOD & Plan to ensures regular, preventive & predictive maintenance of the plant, equipment & utilities as per the schedule.
• Visits shop floor & conducts physical observation of plant & machinery.
