Job summary

Qualcomm India Private Limited's Software Engineering group is seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, create, modify, and validate embedded and cloud edge software across platforms. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver software that meets customer needs and performance targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong C programming and debugging skills.
• Experience with Linux Device Driver Development.
• Understanding of DRM/KMS, memory management, interrupts, synchronization, and power management concepts.
• Experience with kernel debugging tools such as GDB, ftrace, perf, crash, kgdb, or similar.
• Familiarity with firmware interfaces, device trees, and PCIe/SoC platforms.

• Design, develop, and validate embedded and cloud edge software that launch cutting-edge products.
• Collaborate with systems, hardware, architecture, and test engineers to design system-level software solutions.
• Define interfaces and performance criteria for software components and ensure integration with other teams.
