Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience with a B.E. or 6-8 years with a Diploma.
• Good knowledge of Sheetmetal Design and Manufacturing Process.
• Familiarity with CATIA V5 and TEAM Centre is essential.

Responsibilities

• Execute CAD tasks (2D+3D) using CATIA V5.
• Ensure quality by following defined standards and processes.
• Meet daily delivery targets for assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

1. Execute the CAD tasks (2D+ 3D) in CATIA V5.
2. Experience in BIW,Sheet metal design,Master Sections.
3. Follow defined methodology for creation of the CAD models and drawings, CAD file management in Teamcentre
4. Follow processes, standards, guidelines and meet quality
5. Ensure daily delivery targets for the given tasks.
6. Basic knowledge in Sheetmetal forming, Assy sequence & Tolernacing (GD&T)
7. Benchmarking study for BIW
8. Working with CFT like VI, Trims

Experience

• B.E. = 4-5 YEARS
• Diploma = 6-8 years
