Job summary

HR Innovation Group is seeking a Sr. Engineer - Customer Quality in Savardari, Chakan MIDC, Pune. The role centers on handling customer complaints, reducing PPM through in-process controls, and driving PFMEA updates and PPAP preparation. You will conduct internal audits and MRMs, and verify process corrections.

The position requires 4–8 years in fabrication manufacturing (CO2 welding & stamping). Based at Pune, it offers a full-time on-site role in the Quality department.

Qualifications

• Qualification: DME / BE - Mechanical.
• 4-8 years of relevant experience in fabrication manufacturing (CO2 welded & stamping parts).
• Prior exposure to CO2 welding and stamping preferred.
