Job summary

You will coordinate with consultants and EPC contractors, review drawings and calculations, and supervise construction to ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) engineering activities for industrial projects.
• Review and approve civil/structural drawings, specifications, calculations, BOQs, and technical documents.
• Coordinate with engineering consultants and EPC contractors for design development and execution.
• Supervise construction activities including: Foundations and RCC structures, Structural steel works, Industrial buildings and sheds, Equipment foundations, Roads, pavements and drainage, Utility structures, Underground structures and trenches, Architectural and finishing works.
• Review GA drawings, structural drawings, reinforcement drawings, foundation drawings, shop drawings, and architectural layouts.
• Ensure proper execution of foundations for heavy equipment, tanks, pumps, utility systems, and other plant equipment.
• Coordinate civil requirements with mechanical, electrical, piping, HVAC, fire protection, and utility systems.
• Monitor site progress against project schedules and identify construction bottlenecks.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.
• Review contractor method statements, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and material submittals.
• Ensure quality control of concrete, reinforcement, structural steel, waterproofing, flooring, grouting, and finishing works.
• Coordinate material quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, tendering, and technical evaluation of contractors.
• Identify design conflicts and coordinate constructability reviews and clash resolution.
• Support project planning, cost control, progress monitoring, and contractor management.
• Participate in design reviews, FAT/SAT where applicable, pre-commissioning, and project handover activities.
• Conduct inspections and prepare punch lists, snag lists, and closure documentation.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, construction standards, statutory regulations, and project specifications.
• Perform root-cause analysis for construction/design issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain project documentation, inspection records, as-built drawings, and handover dossiers.
• Should be able to apply use of Large Language Models or Generative AI Tools like Co-pilot, Claude or Chat GPT for day-to-day activities.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CSA Engineer with 7‑12 years of relevant experience in Civil, Structural and Architectural engineering, preferably within industrial/manufacturing, EPC, or large‑scale infrastructure projects.
