Job summary

Cardinal Health, a global healthcare services and products company, seeks a Consultant to lead Workday Financials implementations for Navista’s MSO operations. You will design, configure, and optimize Workday Financial Management to ensure accurate, secure, and compliant financial data.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, translate business needs into configurations, and guide data migration and reporting automation while maintaining high standards of quality and project timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience with 4 years implementing and configuring Workday Financials (Banking & Settlements, Customer Accounts, Procurement, and Financial Accounting).
• Workday Financials Certification is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial process design and system integration.
• Exceptional communication skills, ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Financials implementations from planning through deployment, aligned with business objectives.
• Act as primary functional and technical advisor translating financial requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
• Facilitate discovery workshops to align system capabilities with client processes.
• Oversee delivery of functional workstreams ensuring scope, quality, and timeline adherence.
• Advise on best practices for Workday modules (GL, AP/AR, Procurement, Financial Reporting).
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, implement resolutions.
• Develop comprehensive documentation including process flows, test scripts, and configs.
• Manage data migration, validation, and automation of financial reporting processes.
• Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships and identify system enhancement opportunities.

We are seeking a Consultant to lead strategic initiatives and development efforts to establish Workday Financials for Navista’s MSO business operations. The role is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of Workday Financial Management modules. They work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into system configurations, ensuring that financial data is accurate, secure, and compliant with regulatory standards.

• Experience integrating Workday Financials with third-party systems (e.g., Adaptive Insights, SAP Ariba/Concur, Revenue Cycle Management platforms, Workday HCM/Expense).
• Track record of leading cross-functional teams in dynamic fast-growing environment.
