Job summary

Qualifications

• 15-20 years of experience in industrial electrical projects.
• Strong knowledge of installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
• Experience in chemical, petrochemical, refinery, or process plant projects preferred.
• Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and execute electrical works from installation through commissioning.
• Handle HT/LT systems, transformers, switchgear, RMUs, DGs, UPS, batteries, and protection systems.
• Oversee power/control cable laying, termination, glanding, testing, and equipment energization.
• Review SLDs, cable schedules, load schedules, electrical layouts, GA drawings, and wiring diagrams.
• Manage electrical distribution systems, MCC/PCC panels, lighting, earthing, HVAC power supply, and control system interfaces.
• Conduct HT/LT equipment testing, relay testing, insulation tests, continuity checks, and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, manage manpower and materials, and monitor daily project progress.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, LOTO, PTW procedures, IEC/IS codes, and project HSE requirements.
• Handle client/consultant inspections, RFIs, approvals, punch points, and project documentation.
