Job summary

VisionaryHire LLP is seeking a Technical Lead to translate complex functional and architectural requirements into detailed designs for developers. You will shape cloud-based solutions in collaboration with the Technical Architect and mentor the development team to follow best practices.

The role requires hands-on experience with .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, WebAPI, microservices, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS). Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a team of developers.
• Experience with requirement analysis, coding, design, implementation and solving complex problems with scalable and performant code.
• Conduct team meeting, handle multiple project, and proven experience working with customers and client managers
• Experience with one of Microsoft Azure or AWS cloud infrastructure and services
• Experience with DevOps, building CI/CD pipelines to streamline development.
• At least 4 years experience with .Net/.Net Core, ASP.NET MVC, WebAPI
• At least 2 years experience working with Microservices
• At least 2 years experience working with Azure/AWS.
• At least 1 year experience build CI/CD pipelines, Docker and Kubernetes
• At least 2 years team lead experience
