Job summary

Capital One Software in India, Bengaluru, seeks senior product leadership to define and drive the next generation of Capital One Software products in an AI-native world. You will recruit, develop, and motivate an elite product team drawn from top campuses in India and abroad, delivering world-class data products.

You will lead a portfolio strategy, work with executives to secure resources, and translate customer insights into strategic roadmaps, while managing cyber and regulatory risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• 16+ years of experience in product management across software engineering or ML products.
• 8+ years in digital product management; 5+ years in people management; 5+ years leading multiple teams in an agile environment.
