Job summary

Avensys Consulting is seeking a Software Developer - .Net with strong OutSystems expertise to join our global IT services team in Pune. The role focuses on designing and delivering scalable OutSystems applications, mentoring peers, and collaborating with architects to ensure robust system design.

You will work on full software lifecycles, optimize performance, and help drive technical innovations while engaging with stakeholders across multiple levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in OutSystems.
• OutSystems Professional Developer certification (or higher).
• Strong expertise in OutSystems architecture patterns and best practices.
• Proven experience in full-cycle application development.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, database design, and optimization.
• Experience with API integration (REST, SOAP) and external system connectivity.
• Strong understanding of security principles and data protection.
• Experience leading development teams or mentoring developers.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Strong communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

• Understanding of microservices architecture
• Experience across multiple industry sectors (Public Service, Financial Services, Healthcare, etc.)
• Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or similar)
