Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Developer - Enterprise Application with SAP ABAP expertise to drive integration solutions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable SAP components and maintain complex SAP interfaces.

Responsibilities include ABAP development, SAP PI/PO integration, and handling IDoc/RFC/SOAP/REST interfaces, ensuring smooth deployments and post-production support in a hybrid, India-based setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related technical field.
• Hands-on ABAP development and SAP integration experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ECC, PI/PO, and S/4HANA.

Job Description

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop, customize, and maintain SAP applications using ABAP programming language
• Implement SAP integration with other systems and applications
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP PI/PO development, production support, and migration projects.
• Strong expertise in message mapping, graphical mapping, UDF, and Java Mapping.
• Extensive experience with IDoc, RFC, SOAP, REST, Proxy, JDBC, and SFTP adapters.
• Experience in troubleshooting, interface monitoring, and deployment activities.
• Experience managing deployments, transports, SIT, UAT, and post-production support activities.
• Ability to independently analyze and resolve complex integration issues.
• Effective collaborator with business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of integration solutions.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end integration lifecycle management, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation Provide technical support and assistance to end users Stay updated with SAP technologies and best practices to optimize system performance and efficiency.
