Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr Developer, Data Migration Developer to design and implement end-to-end Salesforce data migration pipelines. You will source data from SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, ERP platforms and legacy databases, and migrate into Salesforce.

You will lead ETL design, data quality, testing, and go-live execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The role requires strong hands-on experience with Salesforce data loading, external IDs, and idempotent migrations, along with

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end migration architecture from source systems to Salesforce.
• Develop source-to-target mapping and transformation logic.
• Build scalable migration frameworks and templates for reuse.
• Load large volumes using Data Loader, Bulk API, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and GDPR/CCPA compliance.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Architects, Analysts, and Governance teams.
• Lead UAT, cutover planning, and post-go-live hypercare.

This role will architect and implement robust end-to-end migration pipelines — sourcing data from diverse external systems (legacy CRMs, ERP platforms, databases, flat files) and migrating them into Salesforce.
