Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Senior Developer - Automation to lead AI/GenAI-driven automation across finance processes. You will design data pipelines, integrate AI APIs, and deliver end-to-end automation solutions with Python, ML, and NLP, while working in a fast‑moving, innovation‑driven environment.

You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams, ensure security and compliance, and mentor others in best practices for automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Master's degree in Software Engineering preferred.

Job Description

• Build and deploy AI/GenAI solutions using Python, Machine Learning, NLP, and Generative AI technologies to automate finance processes.
• Develop data pipelines, integrate AI APIs with existing applications, and work with structured/unstructured data from documents, emails, and databases.
• Strong skills required in Python, SQL, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, Cloud (AWS/Azure), Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps.
• Experience in end-to-end AI project delivery, model deployment, monitoring, Agile working, and preferably finance/banking domain knowledge.
• Develop and maintain scripts and workflows for automation tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand process requirements and design solutions.
• Troubleshoot and debug automation scripts to ensure proper functionality.
• Implement best practices for process automation and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Provide technical support and training to end users on automation tools and processes.
