Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Developer - Application Development Microsoft N to design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions. You will craft extensions using X++, Visual Studio, and Azure DevOps in a hybrid India-based setup.

Key tasks include OData/REST integrations, DMF, Dual Write, SSRS reporting, and Power Platform integration while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

• Design, develop, and customize D365 F&O solutions.
• Strong X++ development and extensions.
• Experience with OData, REST APIs, DMF, and Dual Write.
• Develop SSRS reports and Power Platform integrations.
• Knowledge of SQL Server and security roles.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS/IT with relevant certifications.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Develop and maintain customizations using X++, Visual Studio, and Azure DevOps.
• Implement extensions, forms, tables, classes, reports, and workflows.
• Develop integrations using OData, REST APIs, Batch Jobs, Data Management Framework (DMF), and Dual Write.
• Create and modify SSRS reports, Electronic Reporting (ER), and Power Platform integrations.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Support data migration, upgrades, and system enhancements.
• Follow Microsoft best practices, coding standards, and release management processes.

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
• Proficiency in X++ development.
• Experience with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, LCS (Lifecycle Services).
• Knowledge of: Extensions and Customizations Data Entities DMF/Data Management Framework OData Services SSRS Reporting Electronic Reporting (ER) Power Platform integration Workflow development
• Experience with SQL Server and database concepts.
• Understanding of security roles, privileges, and duties in D365 F&O.
