Job summary

Genpact in Hyderabad (India) seeks a Sr. Developer for Application Development on Microsoft N stack. You will configure Dynamics 365 CE, develop plugins and workflows, and implement Power Apps/Power Automate, with REST API and Azure-based integrations.

The role requires strong C#, .NET, JavaScript skills and experience with security models, business rules, and deployment workflows. This is a hybrid role in India, offering growth in AI-driven transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, REST/Web APIs.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE applications.
• Develop plugins, custom workflows, and custom actions using C# and .NET.
• Create and maintain Power Automate flows and Power Apps.
• Develop JavaScript/TypeScript and web resources for form customization.
• Integrate external systems via REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.
• Design/customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, and security roles.
• Data migration using Dataflows/SSIS/KingswaySoft or other ETL tools.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance.
• Participate in design reviews, testing, and deployment.
• Follow Microsoft best practices and ALM with Azure DevOps.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of: Dynamics 365 CE Dataverse C# .NET Framework/.NET Core JavaScript Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) REST APIs and Web API Azure Services
• Experience with plugin and workflow development.
• Knowledge of security model, business rules, and business process flows.
• Experience with solution management and deployments.

Preferred Skills

• Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service experience.
• Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.
• CI/CD using Azure DevOps.
