Qualifications

• Lead and mentor a team of developers in design/implementation of Microsoft-based solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and create technical specs.
• Develop and maintain applications using .NET, Azure, SQL Server, SharePoint.
• Ensure quality and performance meet established standards; conduct code reviews.
• Stay updated on Microsoft ecosystem trends and guide the team accordingly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and ensure timely delivery.
