What You'll Do:

The Data Scientist, CX will be part of the Customer Experience (CX) organization and help us analyze the health of our business through data and operational excellence. This role will play a key role in the team’s effort to proactively identify, develop and drive longer-term strategies and initiatives that deliver retention, growth & a superior experience for our Customers. The successful candidate will have relentless curiosity and possess a passion for creating innovative analysis to identify opportunities. Moreover, he/she/they will excel at extracting insights from data, converting ideas to action, and will feel comfortable interacting with senior management on a regular basis.

You will be an integral part of the Customer Experience organization, contributing to the analysis of our business's health through data and operational excellence. Your role will be a key contributor to the Customer Experience (CX) organization, leveraging data science and analytics techniques to evaluate the health of our business and achieve operational excellence. This role will focus on applying data modeling techniques, predictive analytics, and statistical methods to uncover actionable insights that drive retention, growth, and an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional analytical capabilities, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful strategies.

Define Metrics & Dashboards: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish metrics, dashboards, and data models that yield actionable insights and drive business improvements.
Develop Predictive Models: Design models that analyze customer behavior trends—such as adoption, churn, and retention—to support strategic decision-making.Implementing and validating predictive and prescriptive models and creating and maintaining statistical models & incorporating machine learning techniques in your projects
Customize Analytical Tools: Enhance analytical efforts by tailoring tools (e.g., DBT workflows, dashboards) to identify business opportunities and optimize processes. Working in an Agile, collaborative environment, partnering with other teams, engineers, consultants and database administrators of all backgrounds and disciplines to bring analytical rigor and statistical methods to the challenges of predicting behaviors
Communicate Insights: Communicating with internal teams to understand and define business needs and appropriate modelling techniques to provide analytical solutions. Evaluating modelling results and communicating the results to technical and non-technical audiences.

What You'll Need:

4-5 years of experience in Proof of Concept (POC) Development: Develop POCs to validate and showcase the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed solutions.
Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in production-grade data science workflows.
Hands-on experience with Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn for modeling and exploratory data analysis.
Strong understanding and practical experience with Supervised learning techniques and Unsupervised learning methods to segment customers or usage patterns.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Familiarity with SQL and cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, Airflow) is a plus.
