Job summary

Assurant GCC India is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design and maintain data foundations powering contact center and digital analytics. You will build scalable data pipelines and metrics, support Power BI dashboards, and partner with product and engineering teams to deliver trusted datasets at scale.

The role requires 6+ years in data/analytics engineering, strong SQL, and Go proficiency. The position is based in Hyderabad and Bengaluru with a focus on data governance and reliable production

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering.
• Strong SQL skills and experience designing dimensional (star) schemas.
• Hands-on experience building and operating ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Experience supporting BI tools such as Power BI.
• Proficiency in Go (preferred) or another backend programming language.
• Experience working in production environments with real-time or operational data.

Senior Data Engineer - Contact Center & Digital Analytics, Assurant GCC India, We're looking for a Senior Data Engineer to design and maintain the data foundations that power contact center and digital interaction analytics. This role sits at the intersection of data engineering and software engineering, supporting operational reporting, automation performance, and data-driven decision-making at scale. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and analytics partners to deliver trusted datasets, scalable pipelines, and well-defined metrics. This position will be in Hyderabad and Bengaluru at our India location.

Work Timings: 3:30 PM IST ~ 12:30 AM IST
