Job summary

Lexington Partners, part of Franklin Templeton, is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to lead architecture standards and scalable platform capabilities for cloud-native solutions. You will mentor engineers, drive CI/CD and GitOps, and collaborate with teams in Hyderabad and the U.S.

to ensure operational excellence and secure, reliable Azure platforms. You will design APIs and shared services, automate infrastructure with IaC, and enable governed access to AI services while balancing risk,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in platform, cloud, DevOps, or software engineering.
• Proven experience operating production cloud platforms.
• Expertise with Microsoft Azure services and architecture.
• Experience designing APIs and shared platform services.
• Experience managing highly available production environments.
• Financial services experience preferred.

Experience, Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.


• 10+ years of platform, cloud, DevOps, or software engineering experience.


• Strong experience operating production cloud platforms.


• Expertise with Microsoft Azure services and architecture.


• Experience designing APIs and shared platform services.


• Experience managing highly available production environments.


• Financial services experience preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Microsoft Azure architecture and operations.


• Docker and Kubernetes administration.


• Git-based development and release management.


• CI/CD pipeline design and automation.


• Infrastructure as code using Terraform, Bicep, or equivalent.
