Job summary

Technovate in Ahmedabad, India, seeks an experienced Data Analyst/BI professional to build and own end-to-end BI pipelines for US-based clients, design Power BI dashboards and data models, and write advanced T-SQL queries.

You will turn messy US healthcare or retail data into executive-ready insights and present findings directly to C-suite stakeholders, with overlap hours in US time zones.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as a Data Analyst or BI professional.
• Expert-level MS SQL Server, Power BI, and Excel - non-negotiable.
• A sharp analytical mindset - you don't just report what happened, you dig into why and what it means.
• Domain experience in US Healthcare (claims, RCM, EMR/EHR, optometry) and/or Retail (POS, inventory, customer analytics).
• Proven experience working with or presenting to CXO / senior leadership audiences.
• Strong English communication - you'll be on calls with North American stakeholders.
• Bonus: Python, Azure, StarRocks experience.
• Overlap hours with US time zones required.
