General Mills, Digital and Technology India, busca un/a Senior Machine Learning Engineer para unirse al equipo de Enterprise Data Capabilities. Desarrollarás y mantendrás pipelines de ML operativos, con enfoque en MLOps, model management y monitoreo en un entorno de producción en GCP.

Serás un miembro clave del equipo de data science, colaborando con Data Science, Data Engineering y Business para escalar soluciones ML y fomentar la innovación mediante prácticas modernas de MLOps y AI en la nube.

Qualifications

• Experiencia en MLOps end-to-end y pipelines de producción.
• Conocimientos en Transformación y Manipulación de datos con BigQuery/SQL.
• Experiencia con Vertex AI y servicios de GCP.

Responsibilities

• Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener pipelines MLOps de extremo a extremo en GCP y Vertex AI.
• Construir y optimizar ingestión, transformación y despliegue de datos para soluciones ML en producción.
• Implementar mejores prácticas de MLOps, control de versiones y CI/CD/CT.
• Diseñar arquitecturas de soluciones ML escalables y colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios.

This team builds enterprise level scalable and sustainable data and model pipelines to serve the analytic needs of business impacting problem statements. In this role, you are a critical member of the data science team focused to operationalize the ML and AI models, entails model management and monitoring too. The success is to recommend innovative ways to automate the MLOps pipelines on GCP and set standards that would ensure repeated success.**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES*** Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end MLOps pipelines using GCP, Vertex AI, Airflow, Kubeflow, and MLflow.* Build and optimize data ingestion, transformation, deployment, monitoring, retraining, and CI/CD/CT pipelines for production ML solutions.* Implement MLOps best practices, including version control, coding standards, workflow orchestration, and lifecycle management.* Design scalable ML solution architectures and recommend technology stacks aligned with business and technical requirements.* Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous platform improvements.* Mentor team members through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge-sharing on MLOps frameworks and best practices.* Collaborate with Data Science, Data Engineering, Platform, and Business teams to deliver scalable ML solutions.* Research, document, and adopt emerging MLOps technologies, architecture patterns, and engineering best practices to drive innovation.**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS****Education:** Minimum qualification is Bachelor's degree (full time)**Experience:** Minimum 6+ yrs of professional experience in MLOps E2E framework and 10+ years of total experience**Technical Skills:** Expertise in Data Transformation and Manipulation through Big-Query/SQL, Professional experience with Vertex AI and GCP Services, Expertise in one of the programming Language Python/R, Should have experience in Airflow/Cloud composer, Kubernetes/Kubeflow, MLflow, TFX,Docker -container**Soft Skills:** Strong communication skills both verbal and written including the ability to interact effectively with colleagues of varying technical and non-technical.
