CSB Bank is seeking an experienced credit professional to perform credit appraisal, financial analysis, and risk assessment for lending proposals in Hyderabad. The position calls for CA/MBA Finance with 5–12 years of relevant experience, focusing on CV/CE appraisal, credit policy compliance, and training the team on credit processes.

Qualificações

• At least 5–12 years of experience in credit risk or loan appraisal.
• Experience with evaluating CV/CE and sanctioning loans within defined TAT.
• Knowledge of RBI compliance and internal credit policies.

Responsabilidades

• Appraise proposals for CV/CE and conduct risk analysis before sanctioning loans.
• Monitor loan accounts and supervise timely report preparation.
• Supervise delinquency control and credit loss management.
• Provide credit training to the business team on a continued basis.
• Handle other credit-related activities as assigned by HOD Credit.

• Credit appraisal including financial analysis to understand the solvency, liquidity position and repayment capacity of the entity, preparation of appraisal notes, credit checks etc.
• Ensure Adherence to Approved process, policies and manuals of the department, Ensure RBI and internal compliance matrixes are adhered to

Responsibilities

• Appraising proposals for CV / CE and conducting risk analysis, scrutinizing relevant documents before sanctioning loans within defined TAT, client interview, ensuring compliance as per bank's credit policies.
• Supervising, controlling delinquency and credit loss.
• Monitoring of loan accounts, checking of loan documents and supervising the timely preparation of reports.
• Fulfilling the credit training needs of the entire business team on a continued & timely basis Requirement In-depth knowledge of - Financial & Credit Risk analysis.
• Maintaining credit TAT
• Any other credit related activities assigned by HOD credit.
