We are looking to hire SAP (SuccessFactors) LMS Professionals in the following areas:

Job Description:

SF LMS Application Technical Support Engineer | Experience – 7+ years

• Manage end-to-end implementation projects for LMS Module.
• Manage SF LMS system integration, refresh, and migration processes to ensure smooth implementation.
• Execute test plans to validate system functionality and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Support post-implementation support and document knowledge transfer.
• Have sound knowledge in LMS reporting and be skilled in building custom reports using PRD.
• Experience with integrating SF LMS with external tools like Degreed and other SF modules.
• Good knowledge of SAP HCM ECC standard integrations and master data.
• Experience with integration of SF LMS with respective SF core modules is a plus.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve technical problems related to application integration, developing effective solutions.
• Collaborate with product owners to define business requirements and conduct gap analysis to ensure SF-LMS capabilities are met.
• Support live applications on a rotating basis to resolve DevOps issues quickly.
• Gather and validate change requests and bug-fix requirements.
• Support governance forums to ensure timely resolution of tickets and send reminders when needed.
• Conduct root cause analysis and remediation of defects.
• Participate in production support on a rotational schedule.
• Work effectively with geographically distributed teams.
• Support pre-sales activities for learning management solutions.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Assist in testing new application functions and releases, facilitating the promotion of new features among users.
• Help create and update knowledge documentation related to processes and functional areas within the H2R domain.
• Maintain a strong customer focus with excellent communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Manage complex and diverse client needs with adaptability.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Technologies:

• Strong skills in SAP Cloud Platform Integration design and development.
• Proven experience with SF LMS, including data migration and integrations.
• Expertise in SuccessFactors LMS reporting is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors standard integrations.

Good knowledge of SAP Cloud methodologies.
