EDGE Executive Search is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project/Program Manager in Hyderabad to lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT initiatives. The role requires driving Agile/Scrum ceremonies, governance, and SDLC compliance while coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes.

Candidates should have 8–10 years in PM, 2+ years as Scrum Master, and strong Life Sciences domain experience.

• 8-10 years of Project/Program Management experience.
• Strong Life Sciences domain experience (Commercial Analytics, Patient Support Programs, LIMS, MES, R&D, etc.).
• 2+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experience.
• Experience managing Agile projects/programs and SDLC delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management, project planning, budgeting, risk management, and governance skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and reporting.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
