Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Consultant - Enterprise Application with SAP S/4HANA expertise to lead SAP implementation projects, including customization and testing.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze business requirements, and drive training for end users. You will provide technical support for upgrades and enhancements, troubleshoot SAP issues, and ensure smooth operations while contributing to Genpact's AI-driven transformation and global client success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SAP implementation projects incl. customization, configuration, and testing.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements for SAP solutions.
• Ability to conduct end-user training and support documentation development.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve SAP system issues with minimal business disruption.
• Fluent English communication skills; advanced proficiency (C1).
