Responsibilities

• Support private cloud infrastructure and public clouds (Google, AWS, Azure).
• Monitor Kronos Cloud and hosted environments remotely.
• Monitor Windows (2003/2008/2012/2016) and Linux servers, including performance, uptime, SQL databases, website status, and web applications.
• Respond to alerts generated by monitoring tools.
• Preferably have working experience with ServiceNow.
• Identify root causes and troubleshoot server performance issues.
• Handle Level 1 escalations following the escalation matrix.
• Maintain good administration skills over Windows and Linux OS.
• Develop, maintain, and adhere to operating standards.
• Perform OS migrations and upgrades.
• Manage virtualization issues with VMs and ESXi servers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Certifications such as MCP, MCSE, RHCE, and ITIL are preferred.
• Experience of 3-6 years in relevant roles.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework (incident, problem, and change management).
• Understanding of SaaS or cloud-based products.
