Job Summary:

Experience in hotel construction with a strong focus on tender management, site monitoring, and controls. Responsible for coordinating with consultants and architects for drawing clearance, managing sub-vendors, and ensuring timely completion of works. Involved in preparing tender documents and BOQ with detailed specifications.

About The Role:

• Oversee overall site monitoring and control activities.
• Coordinate with consultants and architects for drawing clearance.
• Manage coordination with sub-vendors to ensure timely work completion.
• Prepare tender documents and BOQ with detailed specifications.
• Float tenders, negotiate, and finalize rates with vendors.
• Negotiate and finalize sub-contracts regarding commercial and technical terms.
• Issue Letter of Intent, Purchase Orders, Work Orders, Sub-Contract Agreements, and amendments.
• Possess adequate knowledge of MEP works execution.
• Prepare, check, and certify sub-contractor and client bills.
• Prepare MIS reports for management review.
• Ensure quality control in accordance with applicable codes of practice.
• Develop project schedules using Microsoft Project, aligned with resources and client requirements.
