Job summary

• 3-5 years of experience implementing and supporting SAP QM/PP including hands-on configuration of Quality Management, Batch Management, Batch traceability.
• Desire to learn and develop a career in other Quality related applications like PLM and LIMS.
• Thorough knowledge of traceability reports, COA, QM tables, shop floor QM integration.

• Define and manage master data governance, integration touchpoints and interfaces/EDI/IDoc flows with third parties ensuring data quality, controls, and compliance.
• Lead testing (unit, integration, UAT), cutover, hypercare, and knowledge transfer; establish SOPs, training, and change management to sustain standardized global processes and continuous improvement.

Role Summary/Purpose:

• This role needs an experienced SAP QM(Quality Management ) and PP( Production Execution) Business Specialist / Sr Business Specialist to drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Quality and Production processes. In this role, Specialist will act as a crucial bridge between business stakeholders and IT, leveraging deep expertise in SAP QM and PP. The Specialist will play a pivotal role in optimizing Quality, Batch Management, Batch Traceability processes to support global operational goals.

• 3-5 years of experience implementing and supporting SAP QM/PP including hands‑on configuration of Quality Management , Batch Management , Ship under Quality , Batch traceability , Material Shelf life


• Desire to learn and develop a career in other Quality related applications like PLM (Product life cycle management, LIMS.


• Thorough knowledge of traceability reports , COA, QM tables , shop floor QM integration is necessary


• SAP ABAP basic understanding / debugging is an added advantage.


• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate Global Quality objectives into system design


• High learning agility with excellent communication and stakeholder management; proficient in writing functional specs and collaborating with technical teams (e.g., ABAP/Integration) for extensions and interfaces.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong desire to expand knowledge of SAP applications on a functional / technical level.


• Project leadership experience in global, cross-functional environments using Agile/Hybrid delivery methodologies.


• Prior experience in SAP PLM or LIMS is a strong plus.


• Strong oral & written communication skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms and business needs in technical specifications
