Blue Yonder, a leader in AI-driven supply chain planning, seeks a Solution Architect to lead end-to-end implementations of ESP, DSP, IO and OP. You will architect scalable planning solutions, mentor teams, and drive customer value through AI-enabled methodologies.

Ideal candidates have 4–8 years in supply chain planning consulting, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Snowflake, and cloud-native architectures.

We are seeking highly skilled Solution Architects / Sr. Solution Architects with deep expertise in Supply Chain Planning implementations, strong consulting and solutioning capabilities, and proven customer engagement experience.

Scope: Lead end-to-end implementations of Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning solutions (ESP, DSP, IO, OP, S&OP/IBP, Production Planning, Supply Planning). Architect scalable, high-performance planning solutions aligned with customer business objectives and industry best practices. Drive solution lifecycle from requirements gathering, design, configuration, integration, SIT/UAT, Go-live, and Hypercare. Provide thought leadership on supply chain transformation initiatives and AI-enabled planning journeys. Mentor consultants and guide implementation teams across functional and solution architecture areas. Support integration with ERP, APS, MES, WMS, TMS, Data Lakes, and Cloud platforms.

What You'll Do

Design and validate complex supply planning models (multi-echelon, constrained planning, deployment, inventory optimization, sourcing prioritization, capacity planning, scenario modeling). Handle challenges involving solver behavior, planning trade-offs, data quality, performance optimization, and scalability. Develop solution design documents, functional specifications, data mapping, and testing strategies. Communicate business cases to Product Management and Development for future product enhancements. Support customer success initiatives, driving adoption of advanced planning capabilities. Act as a trusted advisor, enabling faster deployments and improved customer adoption through AI-enabled methodologies.

What We're Looking For

4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Supply Chain Planning implementations and consulting. Proven expertise in Blue Yonder ESP, DSP, IO, OP, and advanced planning solutions. Experience with other platforms (Kinaxis, o9, OMP, SAP APO/IBP, Oracle SCP) is an advantage. Strong domain expertise across industries such as CPG, Hi-Tech, Automotive, Process Manufacturing, and Industrial Manufacturing. Excellent customer-facing consulting and stakeholder management skills. Technical exposure to SQL, Python, Oracle, Snowflake, APIs, cloud-native architectures, and BY Data Cloud. Understanding of AI/ML-driven planning, intelligent forecasting, and Agentic AI accelerators. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; APICS or supply chain certifications preferred. Ability to independently lead customer discussions, architect scalable solutions, and deliver measurable business value.
