Position Summary

Kaseya is hiring for a Senior Business Analyst with 4+ years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence. The role involves gathering business requirements, defining KPIs, and translating business needs into Power BI dashboards, SQL reports, and Advanced Excel solutions. The candidate will analyze and validate data, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver accurate, actionable insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models for reporting needs.
• Perform data analysis, validation, and transformation from multiple data sources.
• Create automated reports and MIS dashboards using Power BI and Advanced Excel.
• Work with stakeholders to understand KPIs, metrics, and reporting requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and report performance optimization.
• Build and maintain Excel-based analytical models, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, and advanced formulas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, operations, and technical teams.
• Troubleshoot reporting and data-related issues in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in Power BI Dashboard & Report Development
• Proficiency in Power BI - Advanced DAX , and Power Query.
• Proficiency in SQL, and performance tuning of stored procedures
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel
• Experience with data visualization and data modeling concepts.
• Good understanding of ETL processes and data transformation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years in data analytics or business intelligence roles.
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong ability to translate complex data into clear stories for non-technical stakeholders and work independently in time-critical environments
