Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced Senior Boomi Integration Engineer to lead enterprise-level integration solutions. This role will leverage Boomi to enhance data integration across various systems, focusing on security, reliability, and alignment with organizational standards. The engineer will act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Boomi, collaborating closely with IT and business leaders to establish best practices, support ongoing integration needs, and participate in production support rotations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integration Development & Leadership:
• Develop and implement integration models using Boomi to streamline data flow across enterprise systems.
• Ensure Boomi solutions align with best practices and organizational standards, driving optimal performance and reliability.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Partner with IT and business leaders to set integration standards, manage requirements, and support organizational objectives.
• Lead cross-functional discussions to align on integration strategies, data flow, and security protocols.
• System Expertise & Production Support:
• Serve as the Boomi SME, managing integrations with key systems (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, Oracle) and troubleshooting to ensure continuous operations.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to support production environments, ensuring timely resolution of integration issues.
• Documentation & Process Improvement:
• Document technical designs, integration processes, and best practices to ensure long-term consistency and reliability.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement enhancements to improve data integrity and flow.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Primary Skills:
• Extensive experience with the Boomi platform for enterprise integration.
• Strong understanding of data integration standards and middleware platforms.
• Secondary Skills:
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation and support production environments.
• Experience with data security protocols, compliance standards, and on-call production support.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven success in integrating diverse systems such as Salesforce, Workday, and Oracle.

Qualifications:
