Job summary

H&B Hr Solutions is seeking a Senior/Principal/Architect Blockchain Engineer to design and implement blockchain-based applications for institutional finance and real-world assets in Hyderabad/Bangalore. The role focuses on secure, scalable systems with smart contracts and on-chain workflows.

You will work on backend services, APIs, and privacy/security aspects, leveraging one of Go, Rust, or DAML stacks within a modern DevOps environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in blockchain or distributed systems
• Strong programming experience in Go, Rust, or DAML
• Experience with microservices, cloud-native design, and APIs (REST/gRPC)
• Security experience with key management, PKI or HSM/KMS integrations
• DevOps practices including CI/CD, containers, monitoring
• Knowledge of data stores and messaging systems (SQL/NoSQL, Kafka/RabbitMQ)

Hiring for Senior / Principal /Architect -- Blockchain Engineer

Exp : 5yrs to 15 yrs

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement blockchain-based applications for institutional finance, tokenized funds, and real-world assets, ensuring security, scalability, and regulatory alignment.
• Develop and maintain smart contracts and on-chain workflows, modeling real-world financial agreements with strong correctness, auditability, and access control.
• Build and integrate backend services and APIs (REST/gRPC, event-driven) with blockchain networks and enterprise systems.
• Implement privacy, security, and key-management patterns, including role-based access, secure signing, and cryptography-driven components.
• Deliver end-to-end solutions across development, testing, and production environments using modern DevOps practices.
• Proficiency in any one of the below stacks is acceptable:
• Canton/DAML privacypreserving, multiparty workflows
• Go protocol / chainmodule / Cosmosstyle engineering
• Rust securitycritical or highperformance services (Polkadot/Solana/Stellar)

Required Tech Skills
