Job summary

Symphoni HR Pvt Ltd. is seeking a senior professional in airport/civil infrastructure to lead cost management, billing and commercial oversight. The role demands deep expertise in RA bills, BOQ verification, budgeting and financial reporting for large-scale projects.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in airport/aviation projects, with strong Excel/ERP skills and knowledge of contract administration. Experience across PMC/EPC/client-side environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Commerce / Finance / Construction Management or related discipline.
• MBA Finance / Master's in Construction Management preferred.
• Experience in Billing, Quantity Surveying, Cost Control or Commercial Management.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Airport/Aviation Infrastructure Projects (Mandatory).
• Experience in airport terminal buildings, airside, landside, utilities and infrastructure works.

Responsibilities

• Lead project billing, cost management, quantity verification and budget control activities.
• Review and certify contractor RA bills, invoices and payment applications.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in Greenfield / Brownfield airport projects.
• Experience in airport projects with a capacity of 10 MPPA or above.
• Professional certification in Quantity Surveying / Cost Engineering / Commercial Management.
