Job summary

A leading payment systems company in Bengaluru seeks a Sr Base24 Technical Consultant. Responsibilities include analyzing client needs, maintaining ACI products, and ensuring quality deliverables. Qualifications

10 – 14 years relevant experience.
Excellent knowledge on BASE24 configuration and development skills.
Working experience on project implementation in a bank environment.
Excellent knowledge on BASE24 configuration and development skills.
Working knowledge on Transaction Security Services (TSS).
Experience with fraud applications, data replication tools, and simulators like VTS/MC/ATM emulators.

Responsibilities

Analyze client’s business needs and provide various solution options.
Design, build and/or maintain ACI products.
Identify and correct problems uncovered by testing.
Evaluate code for standards, compatibility, and performance.
Prioritize needs with development teams and assist in solution selection.
Develop test routines and schedules to ensure timely quality deliverables.
Provide estimates based on business requirements.
Mentor junior staff and grow domain knowledge with senior staff.
Address functional and nonfunctional requirements and ensure successful product adoption.

Job Summary:

Primarily responsible for the identification/development of solutions for customers using company products, outsourced solutions and/or proprietary tools/techniques implemented by others. Defines customer needs and develops a plan and proposal for delivery of the project. Viewed by customers as a consultant. Performance is typically evaluated based on utilization, (i.e., billable hours).

Job Responsibilities:

Analyzes client’s business needs and requirements and provide various solution options to customer
Design, build and/or maintain for ACI products using required tools.
Identify problems uncovered by testing or customer feedback and correct problems
Evaluate code to ensure it is valid, meets industry standards and is compatible with devices and/or operating systems
Confer with development teams to prioritize needs, resolve conflicts, and help choose solutions
Develop or validate test routines and schedules to ensure on time quality deliverable.
Provide estimates for team based on Product supplied Business Requirements
Active participation in mentoring junior staff while also growing abilities and domain knowledge with active participation with senior staff.
Ability to highlight any impact/risk based on Bank payment echo system.
Ability to address customer Functional and Nonfunctional requirement needs.
Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide immediate solution.
Ability to provide impact analysis for the Mandates in accordance with Bank Payment eco system.
Assists customer with implementation methods and efforts as necessary to ensure successful product adoption.
Follow prescribed process and recommend process improvements if needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Understand and adhere to all corporate policies to include but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required for the job:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or any equivalent degree.
10 – 14 years relevant experience.
