Job summary

Quadrant Resource LLC is seeking an experienced Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join our enterprise DevSecOps team in Hyderabad, with hybrid work arrangement (2 days in office). You will lead hands-on work across AWS, Kubernetes/EKS, CI/CD, IaC, cloud security, vulnerability remediation, and production operations.

Qualifications

• 7-11 years of relevant DevOps/DevSecOps experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes/EKS, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, cloud security, vulnerability remediation, and production operations.
• Ability to independently manage deployments, platform upgrades, security remediation, automation, troubleshooting and production incidents.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines using Harness, Jenkins, or equivalent CI/CD tools.
• Manage AWS infrastructure and EKS environments.
• Perform EKS cluster upgrades, node group/AMI updates, and Lambda updates/deployments.
• Manage Kubernetes deployments using Helm.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Investigate and remediate vulnerabilities identified through Wiz or similar security platforms.
• Work with Veracode and integrate security practices into the DevOps lifecycle.
• Automate processes using Python, PowerShell, or Shell scripting.
• Collaborate with Development, Security, Infrastructure, and other engineering teams to deliver secure and reliable solutions.

Position: AWS DevSecOps Engineer

Location: Hyderabad - Hybrid (2 days per week from office)
Experience: 7-11 years of relevant DevOps / DevSecOps experience
Working Hours: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST but should be flexible as per the business requirements.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join our enterprise DevSecOps team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across AWS, Kubernetes/EKS, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, cloud security, vulnerability remediation, and production operations.

The role requires an engineer who can independently manage deployments, platform upgrades, security remediation, automation, troubleshooting, and production incidents while working closely with development, security, infrastructure, and application teams.

The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced enterprise environment, taking ownership of issues end-to-end, participating in SWAT/incident calls, and driving problems to resolution with minimal supervision.
