Job summary

Wits Innovation Lab in Mumbai is seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to build scalable automation solutions using Playwright. You will develop end-to-end test frameworks, automate functional, regression, and API tests, and contribute to framework improvements.

The role requires 4+ years in QA Automation, strong API testing, Postman usage, and insurance domain experience. Mobile testing experience is a plus, with collaboration across Agile teams to ensure high-quality software.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of QA Automation experience.
• Hands-on Playwright experience required.
• E2E framework development and automation architecture expertise.
• Mobile application testing experience preferred.
• Insurance domain experience is required.
• Strong API testing (manual & automated).
• Postman for API validation/testing.
• REST Assured experience is a plus.
• Automation framework design patterns and best practices knowledge.
• SQL queries and database validation knowledge.
