Job Title: QE - Sr. QA Engineer

Business Unit: WSI Corporate Technology, Pune

Work Location: India, Pune

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the overall quality of the deliverables and test sign-off will be the key responsibility
• Responsible for Testing the releases in Prod as part of business team
• Responsible for website testing and sign off.
• Provide leadership and technical expertise within Test Automation and Quality Assurance
• Monitoring of all the QA activities, test results, leaked defects, root cause analysis, and identifying areas of improvement. Implement steps required to improve the processes
• Be an escalation point for all matters related to testing and quality assurance.

Desirable Competencies

• Must have 7-9 years of experience.
• Experience in Front end QA on ecommerce website.
• Well-versed with Agile methodology
• Good understanding of the Quality Assurance Process
• Should have Thorough knowledge of the E-commerce domain
• Should have hands-on experience in preparing test scenarios, test cases.
• Able to highlight the shortfalls in the current process and be able to suggest positive improvements
• Excellent in written and verbal communication.
• Should have business knowledge in the domains, you have worked in.
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in specific technical fields like computer science, math, statistics preferred; or equivalent practical experience
