Job summary

Carrier is hiring for a Sr Associate (SAP Ariba Support) to join our team in Hyderabad/Bangalore. You will provide Level-2 escalation support for SAP Ariba modules, troubleshoot complex issues, and configure Ariba solutions, while coordinating with SAP Ariba and ERP integrations.

Responsibilities include release support, supplier enablement, documentation, and participation in upgrades. This role offers full-time employment and aligns with Carrier’s commitment to secure, sustainable business

• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in SAP Ariba environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Level 2 escalation support for SAP Ariba modules (e.g., Ariba Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance, and Ariba Network), resolving issues escalated from the Level 1 service desk.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex functional and technical issues, including workflow errors, approval flow failures, integration faults, and master data discrepancies.
• Develop, configure, and maintain Ariba solutions, including custom forms, approval workflows, catalog management, and business rules.
• Support and monitor integrations between Ariba and ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA / SAP ECC) via CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway), middleware, or APIs; investigate and resolve integration failures.
• Manage incident, service request, and change tickets in the ITSM tool within defined SLAs; document root causes and resolutions.
• Coordinate with SAP Ariba support (raising and managing SAP cases) for issues requiring vendor intervention.
• Support Ariba quarterly release cycles: review release notes, assess impacts, perform regression testing, and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Assist with supplier enablement, catalog loads, and Ariba Network transaction issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and runbooks; provide guidance and knowledge transfer to Level 1 support staff.
• Participate in enhancement projects, system upgrades, and rollouts, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment support.
• Ensure compliance with change management, security, and audit requirements.
