The SAP Serialization Support Analyst is responsible for supporting, monitoring, and enhancing SAP serialization processes across manufacturing, distribution, and order-to-cash flows. This role ensures compliance with global regulatory requirements (DSCSA, EU FMD, etc.) and supports business continuity across plants and distribution networks. The analyst serves as a functional and technical SME for SAP Serialization and TraceLink integration, ensuring stable system performance, regulatory compliance, and seamless data exchange between SAP and external serialization platforms.
