We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Recruiting Services organization in Bangalore location. Recruiting Services supports Amazon Talent Acquisition organizations with all administrative activities and recruiting coordination, globally.

This position is for Recruiting Services, which comprises of scheduling and non-scheduling activities and has the following teams: Employee Referral Program, Students Program, Rehire Eligibility Talent Acquisition Operations, Candidate & Travel Expense Management, Internal Loops Scheduling, Online Assessments, and Phone Screens.

Amazon is seeking a delivery-oriented HRS Associate with 2+ years of HR experience to join our Recruiting Services team. This role will focus on working on non-scheduling activities like screening applications. The ideal candidate must have a proven record of managing high volume of data and an exceptional level of accuracy.

Key job responsibilities:

  1. Handle non-scheduling activities like Profile screening comparison and validation of profiles on different Recruiting services tool.
  2. Come up with process improvement ideas and participate in continuous improvement/Lean projects.
  3. Maintain the highest quality and improve customer experience.
  4. Address customer queries in a timely manner.
  5. Adhere to process level SLAs.
  6. Able to work on critical processes that need deep dives and attention to detail.
  7. Be proactive with deliverables and display ownership.
  8. Provide guidance and support with queries from team mates.

Basic Qualifications:

  1. 6+ months of human resources experience.
  2. 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
  3. Experience in confidential environments.
  4. Bachelor's degree is minimum.
