Job summary

PwC Service Delivery Center in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Associate to lead PMO governance, track initiatives, and coordinate stakeholder communications across SLT and steering committees.

The role requires strong analytical and project-management skills, plus governance experience with common methodologies. You will support data-driven decision-making in Advisory projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of project management experience.
• BE/B.Tech or MCA/MTech degree.
• Strong stakeholder communication and governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO governance and execution tracking for the initiative driven by recent policy and regulatory changes, ensuring clear visibility into scope, milestones, ownership, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and action items.
• Manage issues / risks. Good RAID management with a blend of RCAM
• Manage the integrated project plan to augment the current team. Good project planning skills.
• Manage all communications to SLT, project teams, steer co. - good communication skills
• Strong in MS Tools, MS Project, PPT and memo communications
• Managing workstream execution for projects.
• Good at tracking and monitoring progress and unblocking issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to anticipate downstream impacts.
• PMP, Prince, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or similar project / program management certification preferred
