A Snapshot

We are seeking a hands‑on, technically strong product manager to help shape and deliver high‑impact digital products at AirTrunk.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will own the discovery, design, delivery, adoption and continuous improvement of technology‑enabled products that help our teams work faster, smarter and with greater operational discipline. Depending on business priorities, these products may include internal SaaS‑style applications, workflow platforms, data‑enabled products, decision support tools, integrations, automation solutions and AI‑enabled capabilities.

You will work closely with business teams, engineering, data, AI and technology stakeholders to turn complex operational needs into clear product strategies, pragmatic roadmaps and scalable solutions. You will be comfortable operating across the full product lifecycle, from identifying the right problem to solve, through to shaping user journeys, defining requirements, partnering with engineering, managing delivery, measuring value and iterating based on feedback.

This is an ideal role for someone who combines strong product management discipline with technical depth. You do not need to be an AI product specialist, but you should be fluent in how modern product teams can use AI to improve discovery, delivery, analysis, prototyping, documentation and decision‑making. You should also be able to identify practical opportunities to embed AI, automation and data‑driven capabilities where they genuinely improve product outcomes.

Your Day to Day

Product Ownership & Delivery

• Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of digital products and technology‑enabled capabilities, from discovery and problem definition through to delivery, adoption, measurement and iteration.
• Develop clear product visions, roadmaps, value cases and success metrics aligned to business priorities.
• Translate complex business needs into well‑structured product requirements, user stories, process flows, data needs and technical considerations.
• Make clear prioritisation decisions based on user value, business impact, feasibility, risk and delivery capacity.
• Bring structure and product discipline to ambiguous opportunities, helping teams move from ideas and requests to clearly defined problems, outcomes and delivery options.

Technical Product Delivery

• Partner with engineering, data, AI, architecture and technology teams to design and deliver scalable products, platforms and technology‑enabled capabilities.
• Work across user experience, workflow design, data models, APIs, integrations, reporting, security, governance and operational support requirements.
• Help shape SaaS‑style and platform‑based solutions that are reliable, usable, maintainable and designed for enterprise adoption.
• Collaborate with technology teams to define MVPs, delivery increments and long‑term product evolution.
• Ensure products are designed with appropriate attention to usability, performance, resilience, data quality, security and supportability.
• Balance speed, quality and scalability by making pragmatic trade‑offs between immediate business value and longer‑term product sustainability.

AI, Automation & Modern Product Practice

• Use AI and automation tools to improve the way product work is done, including discovery synthesis, research analysis, prototyping, documentation, backlog creation, testing support and stakeholder communication.
• Identify practical opportunities to embed AI, automation or data‑driven decisioning into products and workflows where they create measurable value.
• Promote responsible, secure and pragmatic use of AI within product delivery and product experiences.
• Model modern ways of working by using AI thoughtfully to improve quality, speed, clarity and decision‑making across current initiatives.

Stakeholder & Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Partner with business domain experts to understand operating models, pain points, workflows, decisions and user needs.
• Communicate product vision, trade‑offs, delivery progress, risks and value outcomes clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Facilitate alignment across business, technology, data, AI, security and operations teams.
• Act as the bridge between business problems and technology solutions, ensuring delivery remains anchored to measurable outcomes.
• Influence without authority across complex stakeholder groups, bringing clarity to competing priorities and helping teams make informed product decisions.

Product Excellence & Continuous Improvement

• Use product analytics, telemetry, user feedback and operational data to evaluate product performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Drive adoption and change management in partnership with business teams, ensuring products are embedded into real ways of working.
• Continuously improve product practices, templates, rituals and standards across AirTrunk’s product community.
• Stay informed on modern product management, enterprise SaaS, digital platforms, AI‑enabled product delivery and emerging technology trends.
• Create a strong feedback loop between users, business stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure products continue to evolve based on evidence, value and changing business needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in product management, technical product management, digital product delivery, enterprise technology, SaaS products, platform products, data products or related roles.
• Demonstrated experience owning products or technology‑enabled capabilities through the full lifecycle, including discovery, prioritisation, delivery, adoption, measurement and continuous improvement.
• Strong product management discipline, including problem discovery, user research, roadmap development, requirements definition, backlog management, Agile delivery, release planning and value measurement.
• Strong technical fluency across modern software delivery, APIs, integrations, data platforms, workflow systems, cloud environments and enterprise architecture concepts.
• Experience working closely with engineering, data, architecture or platform teams to deliver software products, enterprise applications, internal platforms or full‑stack digital solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management across technical and business teams.
• Strong prioritisation and decision‑making skills, with the ability to balance user value, business impact, technical complexity, delivery capacity, risk and long‑term product sustainability.
• Comfortable using AI and modern productivity tools to improve product workflows, accelerate analysis, support documentation, improve delivery quality and model contemporary ways of working.
• Understanding of security, privacy, data governance, operational risk and responsible AI considerations in enterprise technology environments.
