This onsite role is part of the global Citrix operations team, supporting 24/7 coverage to ensure operational continuity and infrastructure resilience. This role should manage, optimize, and support Amgen Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments across global enterprise infrastructure. The ideal candidate will bring deep hands‑on expertise in Citrix ADC/NetScaler, Load Balancer combined with knowledge of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper‑V. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and security of Citrix solutions that support Amgen’s mission‑critical applications and end‑user platforms. It involves close collaboration with infrastructure teams, technical leads, and global support teams to deliver highly available and secure virtual desktop solutions. Bachelor's OR Master's degree with 5 - 9 years of experience

This position requires you to be onsite and participate in 24/5 and weekend on call in rotation fashion and may require you to work a later shift. Candidates must be willing and able to work off hours, as required based on business requirements.
